It pays to look around a little bit and it's not difficult in this day and age. I bought six from Macy's and gave them as Christmas presents everyone was thrilled.So to recap Great Product 5 stars. GREAT item but DON'T PAY THIS PRICE This is a fantastic little keychain photo album clear pictures and easy to load and use but DON'T PAY $50 FOR IT FOR GOODNESS SAKE!! It's only $29.99 if ordered from the Sharper Image website and I found it on sale for $9.99 at Macy's before Christmas. It wants to format the device but won't successfully format. They were horrible ! ! ! Pictures are not clear ! Very blurry ! I expect to see what's on the box with the photo being very clear ! This is false advertisment ! I will be returning this and doing research on another brand to buy.Дisappointment to say the least A Christmast present for my sondoes not work at all. When I went to look at the pictures on the screen I thought something was wrong. I downloaded the pictures with no problem. I thought it was going to be great with it being a Sharper Image brand and the picture on the box makes it look really nice and great. Horrible Horrible Horrible ! Bought at JcPenny's on sale for $13.00.

Great gift idea It was cheaply priced wellmade and easy to load with pictures. It is clear from all of the other reviews but I'll say it again this is a piece of junk and The Sharper Image should be ashamed of themselves for putting their name on it. They looked as though someone took an old snapshot and scanned it on the the computer using an outdated scanner. From what I can tell by looking at the sample photos that were on it photo quality is also horrible. I exchanged it for another today and when I got that one home and plugged it in it did turn on and my computer recognized it but it kept turning off and on every couple of seconds and going into a blue screen that said updating and would not stay in my computer long enough for me to open it up and put any photos on it. I left it plugged in for about 3 hours and still could not get it to do anything. It did not turn on or show up as plugged in on My Computer.

Upon plugging it in the driver software was automatically downloaded to my PC but nothing else would happen.

Junk I got this as a gift for Christmas and was so excited. I thought I was getting a high quality product since it was from Sharper Image. They should have just sent it back to the manufacturer for a refund.I am taking it back tomorrow to get my money back.I am not blaming Sears mind you.

I tried resetting it one more time and then it wouldn't even turn on anymore. I tried resetting it a couple of times and still would not work. Wouldn't charge wouldn't come up on my computer.Kept going on and off when connected to my USB port. I had bought my daughter another brand 2 years ago and it is wonderful. Very Disapointing I bought this photo key chain from Sears on clearance.
